HOMEWORK
I thought using drag-and-drop page design or visual website builders would only take one or two hours to finish the site. Turns out, I was completely wrong. Looking at my half-baked project, I kept messaging the professor and TA to report my progress.
In the first week, I tried building the website with Weebly, but I could never get it to publish, no matter how many times I reset the domain or searched for customer support. So I switched to using Wix instead. However, I ran into a different issue: Wix doesn’t allow more than two levels of subpages, which meant I couldn’t make “HW 01” a child page under “HOMEWORK.” To work around this limitation, I manually added a link to HW 01 within the “HOMEWORK” page and redirected it to Notion to manage the assignment content.
Later on, I might try using a Wix plugin or app to create a more visually appealing grid layout within the “HOMEWORK” page, so the list of assignments can be displayed more intuitively.
